Position: Flight Instructor
Seeking Full and Part Time CFI’s for Flight Instructor positions at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling, IL (PWK). If you are an energetic and patient CFI interested in sharing your passion with others, then we would like to talk with you! Chicago Executive Flight School is looking for Full and Part Time Flight Instructors, both recently certified and with previous teaching experience. Build your flight hours while getting paid!

Pay Structure, Incentives and Benefits
Base Pay
- Starting pay is $25
- Increase to $32 after your 1 month probationary period; must be in good standing and progressing as expected
Intro Flights / Commission Pay
Intro/Immersion Flight pay is $20.00 / hour with the opportunity for:
- Selling Go-Pro packages ($20 extra per package potential):
- You sell one, you get an additional $10
- You film one, you get an additional $10
- Up-sell a student into Phase 2 – you get 10% of the total price of the Phase 2 package sold
- CFI sell / refers an Immersion flight, you get 10% of the total amount sold
- CASH TIPS! (Range from $20 - $100)
Monthly Hours Flight Hours Bonus

You earn extra money based on the flight hours worked per month:
- Flight Benchmark (Regular student hours only. Does not include Introductory Flights)

| 125+ | $6.00 |
- Paid out after the month is complete on the first paycheck
- Resets monthly
